How do I dispute a tuition payment?
Wisconsin Virtual Academy (WVA) is committed to providing excellent educational opportunities for students. That includes ensuring that tuition payments are made in a timely manner. If you have questions about how to make a payment or dispute a payment, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your WVA Parent Portal account.
2. Under the My Account menu, click Payment History.
3. On the Payment History screen, you will see a list of all your current tuition payments and any associated notes or disputes.
4. If you believe that your tuition payment was not made in a timely manner, please follow these steps:
a. Verify the date of the payment and compare it to the date on your Payment History screen.
b. If the dates donβt match, contact WVAβs Payment Processing Department at 608-262-4000 ext 2 and provide:
1) The date of the payment
2) The name of the person who made the payment
3) The type of payment (ie: check, cash, etc.)
