Login Instructions
To login to your Windermere tenant portal, you will first need to create an account. To do this, sign in to your tenant portal and click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page. You will then be prompted to create a new account or log in to an existing account. If you are already logged in, you will be prompted to log out and sign in again. Once you have created an account, you will need to enter your login credentials. To do this, click on the "Login" button next to your name in the top right corner of the screen and enter your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact customer service for assistance.
Accessing your Account
If you forgot your username or password, please follow the instructions below to reset your password. If you have not logged in for a while, you may need to create a new account before you can reset your password.

Adding a New Tenant
If you are a landlord or property manager who is looking to add a new tenant to your Windermere rental properties, you will need to login first. Here is how to do it:
1. Log into your account on the Windermere Tenant Portal.
2. Click on the My Properties link in the left-hand navigation bar.
3. Click on the Add New Tenant link in the Property Details section.
4. Enter all of the required information, and click on the Save button.
Editing an Existing Tenant
If you have an existing tenant account, you can login to the portal to edit their information. To login, click on "Tenant Login" in the top right-hand corner of the homepage, and enter your tenant's login information.
Canceling a Tenant
If you need to cancel a tenant, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Windermere tenant portal.
2. Click on the Tenants tab.
3. Select the tenant you want to cancel and click on the Cancel button.
4. You will receive an email notification confirming that the tenant has been cancelled.
Transferring a Lease
If you are a tenant of Windermere and would like to transfer your lease, please follow these steps:
-Go to the "My Account" page on their website and click on the "Leases" tab.
-Select the lease you would like to transfer and click on the "Transfer to" button.
-Enter your new address and email address in the fields provided and click on the "Submit" button.
-Your old lease will be automatically updated with your new information.
Ending a Lease
If you are a tenant who wants to end your lease, there are several ways to do so.
The simplest way is to prepare a written notice specifying the date you want to leave and mail it to your landlord. If you are moving out early for any reason, such as you’re moving into military service, you need to let your landlord know as soon as possible.
Another way is to give your landlord at least 30 days’ written notice in advance of your move-out date. If you do not provide written notice, then you will have to move out on the date specified in your lease agreement (unless your lease says otherwise).
If you have paid rent on time every month and have met all of the other obligations of your lease, then your landlord cannot legally force you to stay longer than the date of your lease. However, if your landlord has made significant repairs or modifications to the property that you did not agree to, then he or she may be able to hold you liable for any additional rent that is due while you are still living in the property.
