How to use the Resident Portal
The Wimmer Communities Resident Portal is a great way to stay connected with your community and see what's happening around you. To login, first click the "Login" button on the top right of the page. You will be prompted to enter your name and password. After logging in, you can explore the different sections of the portal.
In the "My Community" section, you can find information about what's happening in your community, from upcoming events to blog posts written by residents. The "Services" section provides information about services offered by the community, such as laundry facilities and grocery stores. The "News" section keeps residents up-to-date on important news related to their community. And finally, the "Profile" section lets you update your personal information, such as your name or email address.
So whether you're looking for information about what's happening in your community or just want to chat with fellow residents, the Resident Portal is a great place to start.
How to find services and amenities
When you first log in to your Wimmer Communities Resident Portal, you will see the main menu on the left side of the screen.
To access the services and amenities that are available to you, click on the "Services" tab on the main menu.
The Services tab will show you a list of categories that include activities, dining, healthcare, housing, and shopping.
Each category has separate tabs that will show you all of the services and amenities that are available in that category.
For example, clicking on the "Dining" tab will show you a list of restaurants that are located within Wimmer Communities.
You can also use the filters at the top of each tab to find specific types of services or amenities. For example, if you only want to see services related to food, you can filter the "Dining" tab by selecting "Food."
Once you've found what you're looking for, click on the service or amenity that you want to access. The details for that service or amenity will be displayed in a new window.
