If you are not currently a parent or guardian of a student in Williamson County Schools, you can still sign up for an account and gain access to important educational information about your child. Simply enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click "Create Account." After you have created an account, you will be able to log in and access all the features of the Parent Portal.

How to login to the Williamson County Parent Portal
When you first log into the Williamson County Parent Portal, you will see the "Welcome!" screen. On this screen, you will need to enter your User ID and Password. Your User ID is the same as your login name on their website, and your Password is the same as your email address. After you have entered your User ID and Password, click the "login" button to continue.
On the next page of the Parent Portal, you will see a list of the different sections that we have available. The first section is "My Account". This section contains information about your account, including: your User ID, Email Address, Birthdate, and Gender. The second section is "My Child's Record". This section contains information about your child's school records, including: their name, address, grade level, and student ID number. The third section is "My Family & Friends". This section contains information about your family and friends, including: their name and email address. The fourth section is "My Community". To create a parent login account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Williamson County Parent Portal using your school email and password. If you don’t have an account, create one now.
2. Click on the “My Accounts” tab on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the “Create Parent Login” button.
4. Enter your desired username (e.g., “MrSmith”) and password (e.g., “password123”). Note that your username will be used to log into the Williamson County Parent Portal throughout the school year, so make sure it is something you will remember!
5. Click on the “Create Account” button to finish setting up your parent login account.
Accessing your account
To access your account on the Williamson County Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
