How to get help with your health care?
The Williamette Valley Clinics Patient Portal is a online resource that provides patients with access to their medical history, prescriptions, and more. Patients can login to the portal from any computer with internet access, and can also print out relevant documents.
To login to the Patient Portal, visit http://www.willamettevalleyclinics.org/patients/portal.aspx and enter your patient ID number (found on your health care card) into the login form. If you do not have a patient ID number, you can register for one online at http://www.willamettevalleyclinics.org/.
Once you are logged in, you will see the main menu on the left side of the screen. On this menu, you will find several options:
