What can I do on the Patient Portal?
The Patient Portal is a digital portal that provides access to health information, medication records, and other health-related resources for registered Wholeness Center patients.
To login to the Patient Portal, please enter your patient number or unique patient identification number (UPIN) in the Login section of the website. You will then be able to access your account information, medications, appointment history, and more.

How do I find information about my medical history?
When you first visit the Wholeness Center Patient Portal, you will be asked to login. This is a secure system that allows us to track your visits and keep track of your medications. Once you have logged in, click on the "My Care History" tab. This will take you to a page where you can view all of the information we have about you. You can also print out this information if necessary.
If you would like more information about any of your medications, please click on the "medications" tab and then select the medication from the list. On this page, you will be able to view all of the information we have about that medication, including how it was prescribed, what side effects it may cause, and how to safely take it.

If you have been taking medications through the Wholeness Center Patient Portal, it is important for you to be aware of the following:
