How to login to the Wholekids Pediatrics Patient Portal
Our Wholekids Pediatrics Patient Portal provides parents and caregivers with a one-stop-shop for managing their child's health information. The login process is as follows:
1. Click the "Login" link on the upper right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password in the respective fields and click "Log In."
3. You will be taken to the main patient portal screen. (If you have not created an account, you will be prompted to do so.)
4. On the left side of the screen, you will see all of your registered children's information. All of your children's data is password protected and can only be accessed by you or a healthcare professional authorized by you.
5. To view or change any information about a specific child, simply click on their icon and access their detailed information.
6. If you need assistance logging in or using the patient portal, please contact their support team at 1-855-WholeKids (1-855-943-5437).
Finding your profile
If you are a Wholekids pediatric patient, you can find your profile on the Patient Portal. To find your profile, first go to the home page of the Patient Portal and click on My Profile in the top right corner.
Your profile will open in a new window. Scroll down to view all of your health and activity information. To access your account information, click on My Account at the bottom of your profile. You can login to your account by entering your username and password in the appropriate fields. Entering your health information
If you are a healthcare provider who is registered with the Wholekids Pediatrics Patient Portal, your login information can be found in your Account Settings. If you are not registered with the Patient Portal, or if you have forgotten your login information, please see the instructions below for how to enter your health information into the Patient Portal.
1. From any page on the Wholekids Pediatrics Patient Portal, click on "Account."
2. In the Account Settings section, you will find your login information. If you are not registered with the Patient Portal, or if you have forgotten your login information, please see the instructions below for how to enter your health information into the Patient Portal.
3. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields. Your password will also be provided to you if you have registered with the Patient Portal. If you have not registered with the Patient Portal, or if you have forgotten your password, please contact Wholekids Pediatrics at 866-4WKIDS (866-494-4753).
4. Click on "Sign In." Your account will now be logged in and you will be able to access all of the features of the Patient Portal.
Viewing your health records
If you were a patient at their practice in the past, you may be able to view your health records through their Patient Portal. To access the Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on their website. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top menu bar.
3. Click on "Patient Portal."
4. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click "Login." You will now be able to view all of your information including medications, appointments, and lab results!
Adjusting your personal settings
If you have never logged into the Wholekids Pediatrics Patient Portal before, you will need to do so now. To log in, follow these steps:
1. Click on the logo in the upper left corner of the homepage.
2. Click on "My Account."
3. Under "Personal Settings," click on "Login."
4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click "Log In."
Contacting Wholekids Pediatrics
If you are having a problem logging in to your Wholekids Pediatrics Patient Portal account, please follow these instructions:
1. First, make sure that you have the latest version of the Wholekids Pediatrics Patient Portal software installed on your computer. You can find the latest version at www.wholekidspediatrics.com/download.
2. Next, open the Patient Portal software and sign in using your credentials (user ID and password). If you do not have an account, you can create one now by clicking on "Create an Account" in the header bar at the top of the page.
3. If you are still having difficulty logging in, please contact their customer support team at 1-888-629-9227 or [email protected]. They will be happy to help you resolve any issues you are experiencing with your account.
Withdrawing a child from their care
If you have decided that your child no longer needs their care, it is important to follow through with the withdrawal process. Below we provide instructions on how to login to their patient portal and withdraw your child from their care.
To login to their patient portal:
1. Go to their website at www.wholekids Pediatrics.com
2. Sign in using your username and password
3. Under the "My Account" tab, click on "Profile"
4. On the "Profile" page, click on the "Activities" tab
5. Under the "Activities" tab, click on the "Patient Portal" link (pictured below)
6. Click on the "Login" button (pictured below)
7. Enter your patient's name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Log In" button
8. You will now be taken to the "Login Status" page (pictured below).
9. If you are successful in logging in, you will see a message stating that your child is logged in and ready for withdrawal (pictured below). If you are not successful, please try again later or contact them
Adding a new child to their care
Adding a new child to their care is now easier than ever! The Wholekids Pediatrics Patient Portal allows you to easily add a new patient by using their unique ID number. Once you have entered all of the information, you will be able to login and review your new patient's information.
Returning a child to their care
If you are returning your child to their care, please follow these steps:
Step One:
Log in to their patient portal. You will need your patient ID and password. If you have not created a password, you can create one now.
Step Two:
Click on the "Returning a Child to Our Care" link on the main page of their website. This will take you to the Returning a Child to Our Care page. Here you will find information about their intake process, what to bring with you when you come pick up your child, and how to make payments. We appreciate your cooperation in returning your child to their care.
