How to login to the Whole Child Center Patient Portal
The Whole Child Center Patient Portal is a great way for patients to keep track of their health and progress. When you log in, you can access your medical history, see your medications, and more! Here are the steps to login:
How to find your account number
If you registered for the Whole Child Center patient portal at your doctor’s office, you can find your account number by going to “My Account” on the home page of the portal and clicking on “View Account Number.” If you are a new patient or if your account has been inactive for 90 days or more, you will need to create an account.
How to change your password
If you need to change your Whole Child Center password, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal.
2. In the top right-hand corner of the page, click on “My Account”.
3. On the My Account page, click on “Change Password”.
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields, and click on “Update Password”.
5. You will be returned to the My Account page. Congratulations! Your new password has been updated.
How to make a payment
If you need to make a payment, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Whole Child Center Patient Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Click on the "Payment Methods" link.
4. Select your payment method and enter the information requested.
5. Click on the "Submit" button to complete your payment process.
How to print your medical records
If you would like to print a copy of your medical record, you can do so by logging into the Patient Portal and clicking on the "Print Records" link on the left-hand side of the screen. Once you have clicked on this link, you will be taken to a page where you can select the records that you would like to print.
How to file a complaint
If you have a complaint about the care you received from the Whole Child Center, you can file a complaint online.
To login to the Patient Portal, go to: https://patientportal.wholechildcenter.org/.
Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
It will take you to a page where you can click on "File a Complaint."
On this page, you will be asked to provide some basic information about your complaint.
You will also be able to choose which type of complaint you are filing.
There are four types of complaints that you can file: Health Care Complaint, Care Plan Complaint, Facility Complaint, or Staff Complaint.
After you have provided your information, click on the "File a Complaint" button.
You will then be taken to a page where you can upload your documents related to your complaint.
When you are finished uploading your documents, click on the "Submit Your File" button.
Your complaint will now be submitted to the Whole Child Center and an investigation will be started.
