How to create an account
To create an account on the Wheatland Union High School Parent Portal, first visit the website and click on the “Login” link in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Then follow the instructions that appear.
How to login
If you are a parent of a student at Wheatland Union High School, you can login to the Parent Portal to view your student's grades, attendance information, and much more. To login, follow these instructions:
1. Go to wheatlandunion.k12.ca.us and log in with your school username and password. If you have forgotten your school username or password, contact the school office.
2. Click on the Parent Portal link on the left side of the page.
3. In the Login box, enter your school username (e.g., faculty123) and password (e.g., password123).
4. If you have forgotten your password, contact the school office for assistance.
How to view your student's records
To view your student's records on the Wheatland Union High School Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal at www.wheatlandunion.edu/parentportal.
2. Click on "Student Records." You will be taken to a page displaying your student's records.
3. To view details about a specific record, click on the link underneath the record name.
How to change your student's password
If you are a parent of a student at Wheatland Union High School, you can change your child's password on the school Parent Portal. The Parent Portal is accessible through the main website at www.wheatlandunion.org and is password-protected. To change your child's password, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Parent Portal using your username and password.
2. Click on the "My Students" tab on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the name of your student to view their individual profile page.
4. On the right side of their profile page, under "Account Settings," click on "Change Password."
5. Enter your child's current password in the "New Password" field and click on "Change." Your child's new password will be displayed in the "New Password" field below and will be required to access their account from now on.
