Login to the Financial Aid Portal
To login to the financial aid portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to http://www.whatcom.edu/finaid/.
2. Log in with your Whatcom Community College account information.
3. Click on "Login."

View Your Account
If you are new to the Financial Aid Portal, or have forgotten your login credentials, you can reset them by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the main page. Once you have entered your email address and chosen a new password, you will be able to log in again. Make Payments
If you are having trouble logging in to the Financial Aid Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the main Financial Aid Portal page.
2. Enter your email address in the "Create New Password" form and click the "Generate New Password" button.
3. Click the "Log In" link in the email that you received after creating your password.

Change Your Payment Plan
If you have recently changed your payment plan, you can login to the Financial Aid Portal to update your information. The Financial Aid Portal will automatically update your account information and your billing statement.

2. Click on the Student Accounts link on the left-hand menu bar

6. Your account will be updated with your new payment plan information
Register for MyAccount
If you have not registered for MyAccount, please do so now. Once you have registered, you will be able to access your financial aid online account and make changes to your information.
To register for MyAccount:
1. Go to www.whatcom.edu/financialaid (or the website of the institution where you are seeking financial aid).
2. Click on "Login" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate boxes and click "Log In."
4. If you have an active Whatcom Community College student account, your login information will already be current. If you do not have a Whatcom Community College student account, or if your login information is not current, click on "Create Account" and enter your desired username and password. After registering for a Whatcom Community College student account, you will be able to access all the features of MyAccount including the ability to view your federal loan information and make changes to your personal information.
Access Transcripts
If you are a student who needs to access your transcripts, you can do so through the Financial Aid portal. To login, go to: https://financialaid.whatcom.edu/login and enter your MyWCC ID and password. You will be able to view your account information, as well as request transcripts.
Update Your Contact Information
If you have not done so already, please update your contact information on the Financial Aid Portal. This is important so that we can keep you updated on your aid status and upcoming payments. To update your contact information, log in to the Financial Aid Portal and click on "My Account" in the top right corner. In the "My Account" section, under "Account Details," click on "Contact Info." On the "Contact Info" page, under "Email Address," type your current email address and then click on the "Update Email Address" button. Under "Phone Number," type your current phone number and then click on the "Update Phone Number" button. Under "Street Address," type your current street address and then click on the "Update Street Address" button. Click on the "Save Changes" button to save your changes.
