6. You will now be returned to the main Parent Portal page, where you can log out if you are finished using the Parent Portal

1. Click on the "My School" tab in the main Westlake Middle School Parent Portal page.
2. On the My School tab, click on "Request for Information."
3. Fill out the form and click on "Submit Request."
4. A response will be provided to you within 1-2 business days.
