How to login to the Westfield School Parent Portal
The Westfield School Parent Portal is a web-based system that parents can use to manage their student's registration, attendance, and progress. Parents can create and manage profiles for their students, view grades and transcripts, and view communication logs. To login to the Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "login" link at the top of the page.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields.
3. Click on the "log in" button to confirm your login information.
4. You will now be directed to the home page of the Parent Portal. From here, you can access all of the resources available through their web-based system.
How to update your contact information

To update your contact information, login to the Westfield Parent Portal and click on the 'My Profile' tab. You will then be able to update your contact information by clicking on the 'Contact Info' link.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have changed your password and need to reset it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Parent Portal account. Click on the “My Account” button on the homepage.
2. Click on the “Password” link in the “Login & Security” section of your My Account page.
3. Enter your current password in the “New Password” field and click on the “Change Password” button.
4. Enter a new password in the “New Password” field and click on the “Change Password” button again. Confirm the new password in the “Confirm New Password” field and click on the “Submit” button.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
To unsubscribe from notifications on the Westfield School Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
-Click on the "Notifications" tab on the home page of the portal.
-Select the "Westfield School Parent Portal" notification you would like to unsubscribe from.
-Underneath the notification, click on the "Unsubscribe" link.
How to report a problem
Westfield School Parent Portal is a great resource for parents to stay up-to-date on important school and student news. However, if you experience a problem using the Portal, please let us know. Here are instructions on how to report a problem:
1. Login to your Portal account by clicking on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the home page. If you have not registered for an account yet, you will be prompted to do so.
2. Select "My Account" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
3. In the "My Account" section, click on "Report a Problem."
4. On the "Report a Problem" form, provide as much information as possible about your issue. They will use this information to investigate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Thank you for taking time to report an issue!
