How to login to the Western Slope Orthopedics Patient Portal
If you are new to the Western Slope Orthopedics Patient Portal, please follow these instructions. If you have already logged in, please enter your user name and password below.
1. Open the Western Slope Orthopedics Patient Portal website.
2. On the home page, click on “Login” in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your user name (e.g., “johnsmith”) and password (e.g., “password”) into the respective fields and click on “Log In”.
4. If you have not previously registered with their patient portal, you will be prompted to do so now. Click on “Register Now” and complete the registration form. Once you have registered, you will be able to login using your user name and password.

To make an appointment with your doctor on the Western Slope Orthopedics Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Western Slope Orthopedics Patient Portal. If you do not have an account, you can create one here.
2. Search for your doctor by name or specialty.
3. Click on the doctor's profile icon to view their appointment availability and make a reservation online.
4. If you would like to speak to the doctor directly, call (970) 267-8000 and leave a message requesting an appointment.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911. If you are unable to call 911, please call the Western Slope Orthopedics Patient Portal at (970) 722-1130 and ask for emergencies.

If you have a complaint about the care you received from their Western Slope Orthopedics patients portal, please follow these steps:
