We are excited to announce that we have updated their login process for their West Valley College Portal. The new process is much easier to use and more secure. You can now sign in using your WVC ID (card number or user name) or with your NetID credentials. If you donβt have a WVC ID or NetID, you can still sign in using your username and password.
West Valley College Portal Login
If you are a current or former West Valley College student, you may need to login to your account in order to access certain resources online. Here is how to do it:
1. Log into your West Valley College account using the login information that you used when you were a student. If you cannot remember your login information, click the "Forgot Your Login?" link on the home page of the portal.
2. Click the "My Account" link on the left side of the screen. You will see a list of all of your accounts on the portal. Find and click on the account that you want to use for logging in.
3. Enter your username and password, and click "Login." You will be taken to the main page of the portal with your current academic schedule and other relevant information.
How to Add a New Student
If you are a new student, you will need to create an account on the West Valley College Portal. To create an account, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the West Valley College Portal.
2. Click on "Student Accounts" on the left-hand side.
3. Click on "New Student" on the right-hand side.
4. Enter your first and last name as well as your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click "Create Account."
5. You will now be prompted to select which campus you are attending: Main Campus, Miramar Campus, or Valencia Campus. After selecting your campus, you will be able to enter in your course information and submit your application.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if it has been compromised, please follow these instructions to change your password.
How to Register for Classes
To register for classes at West Valley College, use the MyWVC Portal. The MyWVC Portal is free and easy to use. To log in, first create a user account. Once you have created your user account, you can access the MyWVC Portal by clicking on the Login link on the Home page or by clicking on the MyWVC Portal link on any of the College pages. The MyWVC Portal has a variety of features that will help you manage your academic records, register for classes, view your schedule, and more.
How to Make a Payment
West Valley College students can make payments through the MyWestValley account. To make a payment, follow these steps:
1) Log into MyWestValley.
2) Choose your West Valley College account.
3) Click on the "Payment" tab.
4) Choose the type of payment you want to make and complete the necessary information.
5) Click on "submit".
How to Access Your Student Records
If you have forgotten your West Valley College login information, or if you need to access your student records, follow these steps:
1. Go to the "West Valley College" home page and click on the "Student Portal" link in the left sidebar.
2. On the "Student Portal" screen, enter your West Valley College username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will now be able to access all of your registered academic and student records.
How to Report an Incident
If you are experiencing a problem on campus, or have a question about an incident that has occurred, you can submit a report through their online portal. To access the online portal, please click the link below:

In order to report an incident, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the "Report an Incident" link located in the upper right corner of the home page of their online portal.
2. Enter your user name and password to log in to the portal.
3. Complete the relevant fields on the form and click on "Submit Report."
