How to login to the West Chester University Parent Portal
If you are a parent of a student at West Chester University, you can login to the Parent Portal to view your student's academic and disciplinary records, schedule check-ins, and more. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to MyWCU using your West Chester University email address and password.
2. Click on the Parent Portal link on the left-hand side of the MyWCU website.
3. Enter your West Chester University email address and password into the appropriate boxes on the login screen.
4. You will be taken to the Parent Portal home page.
5. On this page, you will see links to all of your student's academic and disciplinary records, as well as check-in information for classes and other important school events.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset it. If you have not registered for the Parent Portal, please do so now. After logging in, you will be able to change your password in the login section of your account.
How to add or delete a child from your account
To add or delete a child from your account:
-Login to the Parent Portal and click on My Profile in the top right corner.
-Click on Edit Profile and then on the Children tab.
-Click on the Add Child button and enter the child's information.
-Click on the Save Changes button.
How to view your student records
To view your student records, log in to the West Chester University Parent Portal.
To login, click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the screen and enter your e-mail address and password. You will be taken to your Student Profile page. From here, you can view all of your student records, including grades, transcripts, and enrollment information.
How to make changes to your account settings
If you have not already done so, please login to your Parent Portal account. Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu on the left side of the screen. In the main menu, click on "Account Settings."
In the Account Settings page, you will find a number of different areas that you can change. To change your password, click on "Change Password."
To change your email address or username, click on "Change Email Address or Username."
To change your account settings password, click on "Change Account Settings Password."
If you need to make any additional changes, such as changing your contact information or unsubscribing from notifications, please continue with these steps:
In the "My Account" section of the Account Settings page, locate and click on "Edit My Account Info."
On the Edit My Account Info page, you will be able to update your contact information and unsubscribe from notifications.
