How to use the Online Citizen Services Portal
The Online Citizen Services Portal is a one-stop shop for all your government related needs. If you are a Canadian citizen, you can use this portal to access your citizenship records, apply for a passport, register to vote, or submit a complaint about the government. You can also use the portal to find information on healthcare, social services, and more.
To access the portal, you will need to login first. To do this, click on the Login link in the top right corner of the homepage. You will be prompted to enter your name and email address. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources available on the portal.
How to login to the portal
If you are a new user, please follow these instructions to create an account and log in. If you have an account, please follow these instructions to log in.

How to change your password
To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at www.onlinecitizenservices.ca.
2. Click on the "My Account" link in the top navigation bar.
3. On the My Account page, click on the "Passwords" link in the left-hand column.
4. Enter your current password in the "password" field and choose a new password in the "new password" field. Make sure you remember your new password!
5. Click on the "Update Password" button to save your changes.
