3. On the right side of the screen, under Reservations, click Reservation History. You will see all of your reservations in chronological order. You can also view photos from a particular reservation by clicking on the photo icon next to that reservation’s name.

3. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation or suspension process.
How to dispute a charge
If you have a dispute with your Weg account charge, please follow these steps:
Login to your account at www.weg.com/login.
Next, select "My Charges" from the menu on the left. This will take you to the My Charges page.
On this page, find the charge you want to dispute and click on it. You will be taken to the Dispute Charge page.
To begin the dispute process, please provide the following information:
-Your full name (first and last)
-Your Weg account number
-The date of the charge(s)
-The amount of the charge(s)
-A description of why you think the charge is incorrect
Once you have completed the form, click on "Submit Dispute." Your dispute will be reviewed and either accepted or denied within 24 hours.
