Welcome to the Wbhealth Vendor Portal! This website is dedicated to providing easy access to information and resources for health care providers who sell through Wbhealth Marketplace. To login and access their various resources, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Wbhealth Vendor Portal homepage (http://vendorportal.wbhealth.com).
2. Click on the Login link in the top right corner of the main page.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click OK.
4. You will now be directed to the My Accounts page. On this page, you will see all of your active accounts in the Vendor Portal, as well as any accounts you have created for demonstration or testing purposes.
5. To log into an account, click on its name in the My Accounts list on the left side of the page (or use the arrow keys on your keyboard to scroll down and find it). Then enter your username and password again, and click OK.
How to login to the Wbhealth Vendor Portal
If you are a Wbhealth vendor and have not yet logged in, now is the time to do so. The vendor portal is a valuable resource for vendors and offers several benefits, such as:
- Access to product information and pricing
- A listing of recent orders
- A customer feedback system
- The ability to manage your account and contact customers
To login, first browse to the vendor portal page at www.wbhealth.com/vendorportal. On the right side of the page, click on the Login link. Enter your user name (username) and password. If you have not created a user name, we will create one for you. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the Vendor Portal home page. From here, you can access all of the resources available on the vendor portal.
How to find your vendor account number
To find your vendor account number, go to the Wbhealth Vendor Portal and login. After logging in, under the "My Profile" section, you will see your vendor account number listed.
How to add a new vendor
Adding a new vendor to the Wbhealth Vendor Portal can be done by logging in and clicking on the "Add New Vendor" button on the home page. The following steps need to be followed in order to add a new vendor:
1. Enter the required information into the form fields. This includes the company name, contact information, and website address.
2. Click on the "Submit" button to submit the information.
3. A confirmation message will be displayed once the information has been submitted. If everything is correct, click on the "Submit" button again to finish adding the new vendor.
How to update your vendor profile
If you are a Wbhealth vendor and you have not yet updated your profile, now is the time! The new vendor portal features a more userfriendly interface that makes updating your profile much easier. Instructions on how to login and update your profile can be found below.
How to cancel your vendor account
If you need to cancel your vendor account, please follow these instructions.
1. Visit the Wbhealth Vendor Portal and sign in.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top menu.
3. On the My Account page, under Account Details, click on Cancel Account.

How to activate your vendor account
You can create a vendor account on the website if you are a registered health care provider. If you are not a registered health care provider, you can create a vendor account to order products from WBhealth.com. After you create your vendor account, you will need to activate it by clicking on the activation link in the email that we send to you.
How to view your vendor orders
To view your vendor orders, go to the Wbhealth Vendor Portal and sign in. Click on the "Orders" tab, and then click on the "View Order Details" button under a specific order. You can also use the filters in the top left corner to find specific orders.
How to print your vendor orders
If you have a vendor portal account, you can print your vendor orders by following these steps:
1. Log in to your vendor portal account.
2. Click the "Print Orders" link on the top menu bar.
3. Select the order you want to print, and click the "Print" button.
4. You will be prompted to select a printer.
5. Click the "Properties" button next to the printer you selected, and select the "Print Quality" option from the drop-down list.
6. Select the number of copies you want to print, and click the "Print" button.
Helpful tips for using the Vendor Portal
If you are a Wbhealth vendor and want to login to the Vendor Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to vendor portal.wbhealth.com and enter your username and password in the login fields. (You will not need to create a new account if you already have an account with them.)
2. Click on My Vendors in the left-hand navigation panel. This will open the My Vendors page, which lists all of your active vendorships with Wbhealth. You can view information about each one, such as the total number of patients enrolled in that program, the date it was created, and how many patients are currently enrolled in it. (If you do not have any active vendorships with them, this page will show nothing.)
3. To add a new vendor, click on Add New Vendor in the My Vendors page. This will open the Add New Vendor form, which looks like this:
4. Enter basic information about your company, such as your company name and address. (They will use this information to generate a unique vendor ID for you.) You can also select the type of service you offer (such
