Waypointe Resident Portal Login
If you are new to Waypointe, or need help logging in, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Home" tab at the top of the screen.
2. Scroll down to find the "Login" link and click on it.
3. Enter your username and password and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will now be taken to the "My Account" page. Here you can view your account details, as well as make changes to your profile information.
5. If you need to reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link under "My Account." You will then be prompted to enter your username and email address, and a new password will be sent to this address.
Waypointe Resident Portal Account Creation
If you are a Waypointe resident and have not yet created an account, please follow the instructions below to create your account. Once you have created your account, you will be able to access all of the features of the Waypointe Resident Portal.
How to Use the Waypointe Resident Portal
To use the Waypointe Resident Portal, first log in using your credentials. After you have logged in, you will be prompted to create a new account or login using your current account.
If you are not already logged in, enter your credentials and click Log In. You will be taken to the My Account page.
On this page, you can view your account information and manage your settings. You can also access your account settings by clicking on the My Account link on the left side of the page.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address and click Forgot Password? If you have forgotten your username, enter your name and click Forgot Username? If you have forgotten both your password and username, contact them at [email protected] and we will help you reset them.
How to Manage Your Residents
If you are a Waypointe resident, you can manage your account and residents from the portal. Login to the portal by clicking on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the main screen. You will be asked for your username and password. If you have not created an account, please click on "Create Account" and follow the instructions. Once you have logged in, you will see all of your current residents listed under "Residents." To add a new resident, click on "Add Resident" and fill out the requested information. You can also update or delete residents by clicking on their name and then clicking on the "Update/Delete" button. You can also manage your account settings by clicking on the "Settings" button in the top right corner of the portal screen.
