What is the Waverley Parent Portal?
The Waverley Parent Portal is a web-based system which allows parents and carers of students at Waverley College to view information about their student, including enrolment, attendance and contact details. It also provides access to a range of resources and services.
To login to the Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Waverley College account (this can be found under My Account on the homepage).
Step 2: Click on the Parent Portal link which will be displayed in the left-hand navigation bar.
Step 3: Enter your user name and password in the fields provided and click on the Login button.

How to login to the Waverley College Parent Portal
If you are not already logged in to the Parent Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the link in the email that accompanied your account activation (or on the homepage if you are not yet registered).
2. Enter your username and password and click Log In.

2. Enter your first and last name, email address, and password and click Register.
What can I do on the Waverley College Parent Portal?
The Waverley College Parent Portal is a online resource that allows parents to connect with their students, access information about their student’s academic progress and create an online account for them. Parents can also manage their student’s schedule, payments and records. The Parent Portal is available from any computer with internet access.
If you are a parent at Waverley College and have not already created an account on the Parent Portal, please click here to register. Once you have registered, you will be able to login to the Parent Portal by clicking on the ‘Login’ button on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
Once you have logged in, you will see the ‘Parent Portal’ tab on the left-hand side of the screen. This tab contains a variety of different sections, which we will discuss below. In order to access any of these sections, simply click on the appropriate link.

My child is not registered with Waverley College. How can I register my child with Waverley College?
If your child is not registered with Waverley College, you can register them online using the Parent Portal. To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.waverley.edu.au and login using your Waverley College ID and password.
2. Under My Account, click on the link for Parent Portal.
3. Enter your child's name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click on Login. Your child will be registered with Waverley College and you will receive an email notification confirming this.
How do I change my personal information on the Waverley College Parent Portal?
If you would like to change your name or email address, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal and click on "My Account" under the "Login" header on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. In the "Profile" section of your account, click on "Personal Information."
3. On the next page, you will see a list of all the personal information you have entered on the Parent Portal. Click on any of the links to edit that information.
4. If you would like to change your email address, enter your new email address in the "Email Address" field and click on "Update." If you do not have an email address yet, you can create one by clicking on "Create a Profile."
5. When you are finished editing your personal information, click on "Save Changes."
I forgot my password, how can I reset
If you have forgotten your password, please go to the "Forgotten Password" section of the Parent Portal and enter your email address and password. You will then be sent a new password reset link.
