Update your contact information
If you've ever had trouble logging into Washington University Portal, you're not alone. It can be a bit of a pain to remember all your login credentials for every website you visit—especially when you want to access your WUSTL account or make a new online purchase.
To make things easier, we've compiled a list of common issues and solutions to help you keep your WUSTL account active and current.
First and foremost, update your contact information if it's out of date. This includes your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. If you forget your login credentials, this information will help us identify you in case of emergency.
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page and enter your e-mail address as well as the answer to the security question we sent to that address. You'll then be able to reset your password using the new details we sent you.
Finally, always back up your WUSTL account information before making any changes or deleting any files. If something happens and you can't access your account or files, their support team can help get things sorted out for you quickly.
