Wadalba Student Portal is a web portal that helps students to manage their academic records and learn more about their educational opportunities. This short guide will show you how to login to the portal and start using it!
How to Login to Wadalba
If you are new to Wadalba, or if you have forgotten your login information, please follow these simple steps to login.
1. Click on the "Login" button in the upper left corner of the main screen.
2. Enter your Username and Password in the appropriate boxes and click the "Login" button.
3. If you have not yet registered for an account with Wadalba, you will be prompted to do so now. Once you have registered, your Username and Password will be automatically saved in your account.
How to Add a New User
If you are a first-time user of the Wadalba Student Portal, you will need to create an account. To create an account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Wadalba Student Portal. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking on the "Create Account" button on the home page.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "users."
3. On the users page, click on the "add user" link.
4. Fill out the form and click on the "submit" button.
How to Edit an Existing User
To edit an existing user, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Wadalba Student Portal.
2. Click on Users in the left-hand side menu.
3. Click on the user you want to edit.
4. On the right-hand side, under "Profile", click on "Edit profile".
5. Under "Features", click on "Edit features".
6. Under "Bio", type your new bio information.
7. Under "Posts", click on "Edit posts".
8. Add any new posts you want to make, and then click on "save" at the bottom of the page.
9. Your changes will now be reflected in your user's profile!
How to Delete a User
To delete a user, navigate to the "Users" tab and select the user you would like to remove. On the right hand side of the screen, click on the "Delete User" button.
How to Report a Problem
If you experience a problem logging in to the Wadalba Student Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your account using your eID and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset it.
2. Click the “Report a Problem” link on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Fill out the form as completely as possible and include as much information as possible about what happened when you tried to log in (for example, what browser you were using, what IP address you were using, etc.).
4. Click “Submit Report” and then “OK”. Your report will be sent to their support team for further investigation.
