How to create an account on the Waco ISD Parent Portal
If you are new to the Waco ISD Parent Portal, please follow these instructions to create an account.
1. Click on the "Parent Portal Login" link on the home page of the Waco ISD Parent Portal.
2. Enter your login information and click "Log In."
3. You will be prompted to create a new account or log in to an existing account. If you have an existing account, you will be taken to the Account Info screen. If you are new to the Waco ISD Parent Portal, please follow these instructions to create an account.

How to login to your account
If you are a parent of a Waco ISD student, you can access your account through the Parent Portal. The Parent Portal is a secure website that allows parents to manage their student’s records, communicate with teachers and administrators, and track their child’s academic progress. You can access the Parent Portal by logging in using your school username and password or by creating an account. If you have forgotten your school username or password, please contact your school administrator.
How to manage your account
If you are a parent of a Waco ISD student, you can manage your account and school information on the Parent Portal. The Parent Portal allows you to connect with your students, view their grades and immunization records, and more. To access the Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1) Log into your Waco ISD account on the Parent Portal website.
2) Click on My Students in the left navigation panel.
3) You will see a list of all of your students.
4) Click on the student’s name to open their Student Profile page.
5) On the Student Profile page, you will see information such as their name, date of birth, grade level, attendance record, and more.
6) If you would like to contact your student, click on their name and select Contact Me from the dropdown menu.
7) You can also manage your school information by clicking on My Schools in the left navigation panel.
8) On the My Schools page, you will be able to view all of your current schools, add new schools, edit or delete schools, and more.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you would like to unsubscribe from notifications sent by the Waco ISD Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. From your computer, open the Parent Portal.
2. In the top left corner of the Parent Portal home screen, click on Settings.
3. On the Settings page, near the top, click on Notifications.
4. In the Notifications section, under Waco ISD-Parent Portal Notifications, select the box next to the notification you would like to unsubscribe from. (If there are multiple notifications for this section, you can select them all by clicking on the checkbox next to All.)
5. Click on Unsubscribe Selected.
How to report a problem
If you have a problem with the Parent Portal, you can login to the portal and report the problem.
To login to the Parent Portal:
1. Go to www.wacoisd.org and click on the "Parent Portal" link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Enter your user name and password in the login form and click on the "Login" button.
