How to add or change your address
If you have moved, or if your address has changed, you can update your Vsu Housing Portal account information by logging in and clicking on "My Account" on the home page.
How to view your lease agreement
To view your lease agreement, please login to their housing portal.
Once you are logged in, click on the "Leases" tab and select your lease agreement.
You will then be able to view all of the important information associated with your lease, such as your due dates, payments, and any notes or updates that have been made to it.
How to make a payment

If you have a dispute with a payment, first login to your Vsu Housing Portal account. Once logged in, click on the Dispute Payment link in the upper right corner of the My Payment screen. You will then be asked to provide the following information: Date of Payment, Amount Paid, and Reason for Dispute. After providing this information, you will be able to begin the dispute process.
