1. Open your internet browser and enter the following address into the address bar: https://portal.vodafone.com/.
2. Click on the Log In button at the top of the page.
3. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click on the Log In button.
Once you have logged in, you will be presented with a screen that shows you all of the services that are available through the Vodafone Service Portal. From here, you can access your account details, order products and services, and more.
How to Use the Vodafone Service Portal
If you have a Vodafone account and you want to use the Service Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Vodafone account.
2. Click the Service Portal link in the menu on the left.
3. Enter your login details (username and password) and click Log In.
4. If you have an account with more than one provider, select your provider from the list on the left and click Next.
5. Select your country from the list on the right and click Next.
6. On the Billing & Payments page, enter your credit card details or bank account number if you are paying for services using a subscription plan. If you are using vouchers or coupons, enter their code or redemption information.
Click Next to continue.
