How to login to Vocus Portal
In order to login to your Vocus Portal account, you will need to have your username and password handy. Below are instructions on how to login to your Vocus Portal account.
1) Log in to your Vocus Portal account using the web browser of your choice. (If you are having trouble logging in, please see the troubleshooting tips below.)
2) Click on the “Login” link located in the top right corner of the page.
3) Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click “Log In.” If you are having difficulty logging in, please see below for troubleshooting tips.

How to sign in with social media
If you're new to Vocus Portal, you may be wondering how to sign in. Fortunately, it's easy to do with social media. Just follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Vocus Portal account using your email address and password.
2. On the home screen, click on the gear icon (top right).
3. Under "Your Account," select "Sign In."
4. Enter your email address and password, and click on "Sign In."
5. If you have a social media account connected to your Vocus Portal account, you'll be prompted to log in from there. Otherwise, you'll be directed to Facebook or Google+. (You can also sign in with Twitter or LinkedIn if you have those accounts connected.)
6. Once you've logged in, you'll see all of the blog posts and other content that's been added to your account since last login.
How to sign in with Google
If you are a Vocus customer and have an active Google account, you can sign in to your account using the Google Sign In button on the front page of the Vocus Portal.
If you don’t have an active Google account, or if you want to sign out of your Vocus account and return to your default Google account, follow these steps:
1. On the front page of the portal, click the Google Sign In button.
2. Enter your email address and password. If you're already signed in to your Google account, you'll be prompted to sign in again.
3. Click Sign In.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen.
2. Enter your username and email address in the appropriate fields, and click the "Create Account" button.
3. A new form will appear, requesting your new password. Type it in and click the "Save" button.
How to add or edit an account information
If you're new to Vocus Portal, or if you forgot your user ID or password, you can add or edit your account information by following these steps:
1. Click the My Account link on the left-hand nav bar.
2. Enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields and click Submit.
3. If you've forgotten your password, enter your email address in the Forgot Password field and click Reset Password. Vocus will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How to update contact information
If you have changed your contact information within Vocus Portal, there are a few simple steps you can take to update your information across all your accounts.
First, log in to Vocus Portal and click on the “My Account” tab located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Next, click on the “Contact Info” link found under the “My Account” heading.
Finally, enter your new contact information into the relevant fields and click on the “Update Contact Info” button to confirm your changes.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you no longer want to be notified of new blog posts, you can unsubscribe from notifications using the instructions below. Note that this will stop you from being alerted when a new post is published, but you will still be able to see any existing posts.
To unsubscribe from notifications:
1. Open the Vocus Portal homepage.
2. On the left-hand side, under "Settings," click "Notifications."
3. On the "Notifications" page, under "Blogs & Media," click the name of the blog you would like to unsubscribe from notifications for.
4. Under "Notification Settings," uncheck the checkbox next to "Enable Notifications."
5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
