How to login to Vivo Portal
To login to Vivo Portal, you will need to enter your registered email address and password. If you have not registered for Vivo Portal yet, please click the link below to create a new account. After logging in, you can visit the Home page to view your recent activity and access your account settings.
How to create an account
To create an account on the Vivo Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Start by visiting the Vivo Portal homepage and clicking on the 'Sign In' button in the top right corner.
2. Enter your email address and password into the fields provided and click on the 'Sign In' button.
3. You will be taken to a new page where you can choose to sign in with your Facebook account or create a new account. If you already have a Vivo Portal account, enter your login details and click on the 'Log In' button.
4. If you are new to the Vivo Portal, you will now be taken through a series of questions to help personalise your experience on their website. Answer as many questions as possible and click on the 'Next Steps' button when you are finished.

On the next page, you will be asked to provide some basic information about yourself including your name, email address, company name, country, job title and contact details (phone number and website address). If you have forgotten your password, or if you have changed it and need to reset it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Vivo Portal.
2. Click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. Under "My Account," click on "Reset Password."
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click "Reset."
How to reset your account if you lose your password
If you have lost your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
1. Log into the Vivo Portal.
2. Click on the “Forgot your Password?” link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and choose a new password.
4. Click the “Create Password” button to generate a new password.
5. Copy the new password and keep it safe for future use. You will need it to log in again if you lose your original password.
How to manage your account settings
Login to your Vivo Portal account by clicking on the login link on the top right of any page. You will be taken to a login screen.
Enter your username and password, and click on the Log In button. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the Forgot Password link at the top right of the login screen and enter your username and email address. You will receive an email with a reset password link.

2. Click Your Account at the top of the page.
3. On the left-hand side, under My Account, click Change Email Address.
4. Enter your new email address and click Save Changes.
How to unsubscribe from their emails
If you no longer want to receive their newsletters, unsubscribe by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. You will be removed from their email list permanently, but you will still receive any future notifications about new blog posts.
