How to login to your Viva account
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have not been able to login to your Viva account for some reason, please follow these instructions to login:
How to view your account info
If you haven't logged in to your Viva Member Portal account in a while, you may want to do so now to check your account status. You can login to your account by following these steps:
1. Click on the "login" button on the top right corner of the Viva Member Portal home page.
2. Enter your user name (which is the name that you signed up with) and password into the appropriate fields and click on the "login" button.
3. If you have multiple accounts with Viva, you will be asked which account to log in to. Choose the account that corresponds with your membership level.
4. You will now be taken to the main Viva Member Portal page where you can view all of your account information and activity.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset it. If you have trouble logging in, please try the following:
- Make sure that you are using the correct username and password.
- Reset your password if you've tried all of the other tips listed below and still cannot log in.
- Check to see if your computer is connected to the internet. If not, try connecting your computer to the internet and then trying again to login.

How to cancel or unsubscribe from email notifications
If you no longer wish to be notified of new blog posts, you can cancel your subscription by clicking the link in the email notification that was sent to you. If you have already unsubscribed from email notifications but would like to re-activate them, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your account at www.vivamemberportal.com
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen
3. Select Profile & Settings on the left column
4. Scroll down to Email Notifications and click Change Notification Settings on the right column
5. Under Email Notifications, select Activate My Subscription and enter your email address which will be used to send you notifications again. You can also choose not to receive notifications at all by deselecting the Activate My Subscription checkbox
How to block or report inappropriate content
If you see content that you feel is inappropriate or harmful, you can block it or report it to the blog administrator. To block a post: hover over it and click the 3 dots in the top right corner. From the menu that pops up, select "Block this post." To report a post: hover over it and click the 3 dots in the top right corner. From the menu that pops up, select "Report this post."
