In this Vitas tutorial, we will show you how to login to your Vitas Payroll account.
To login to your Vitas Payroll account, follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Login” link in the main menu of the Vitas website.
2. Enter your user name and password and click on the “Log In” button.
3. You will be redirected to the main page of your Vitas Payroll account. Click on the “My Accounts” tab to view your account information.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, there are a few ways to reset it. You can reach out to Vitas payroll directly or try one of the following methods:
-Via the web portal: Click on "Forgot your Password?" in the login screen and type in your email address and password. If you have not changed your password since last logging in, we will send you an email with instructions on how to reset it.
-Via phone: Dial (866) 921-8292 (TTY: (866) 921-8291) and provide your email address and password. A customer service representative will help you reset your password and provide additional helpful tips.
-By mail: Complete the lost or forgotten password request form and mail it to Vitas payroll, ATTN: Password Resets, 8700 E. State Route 84, Suite 200, Gilbert, AZ 85233.
How to sign in to Vitas Payroll
If you are a current Vitas employee, you can login to Vitas Payroll using your username and password. If you are a new employee, or if you have forgotten your username or password, please follow the instructions below.
To sign in to Vitas Payroll:
1. Go to vitaspayroll.com and sign in using your username and password. (If you are a current Vitas employee, your username is your last name followed by @vitas.com.)
2. Click on the "Login" link in the upper-right corner of the screen. (If you are a new employee, or if you have forgotten your username or password, please follow the instructions below.)
3. Enter your username and password into the fields provided and click on the "Log In" button.
How to add an employee
If you are a business owner and you want to add new employees to your payroll, you can do so through Vitas Payroll. Vitas Payroll is a web-based system that allows businesses to manage their payroll with ease. First, you will need to create an account with Vitas Payroll. After creating your account, you will need to login. To login, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Login page on the Vitas Payroll website.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
3. You will be taken to the My Employees page.
4. Click the Add New Employee button.
5. Enter all of the necessary information for your new employee, including their name, email address, and password.
6. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
7. Congratulations! Your new employee has been added to your payroll!
How to view your payroll history
If you are a Vitas payroll user and have logged in at least once, you can view your payroll history by clicking on the "History" link in the top right corner of the main Vitas payroll page. The history page will show all of your past payroll transactions, including any changes or corrections that you may have made.
How to print a payroll report
If you would like to print a payroll report, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Vitas Payroll account.
2. Click on the "Download Payroll Report" link located in the main menu bar.
3. You will be prompted to enter your login information. Once you have logged in, you will be able to select the date range for which you would like to print a report.
4. Click on the "Print" button and your report will be ready for printing.
