How to login to the Visuals by Impulse Client Portal
Visuals by Impulse is a web-based client portal that lets you manage and review your photo and video files. You can access the Visuals by Impulse Client Portal from any computer with internet access.
To login to the Visuals by Impulse Client Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" icon in the top right corner of the Visuals by Impulse Client Portal home page.
2. Enter your username and password in the fields provided and click on the "Login" button.
3. If you have an account with Adobe Creative Cloud, you will be prompted to enter your Adobe ID and password. If you do not have an account with Adobe Creative Cloud, you will be prompted to create a new account before continuing.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main menu of the Visuals by Impulse Client Portal. From here, you can access all of the features of the portal.
Creating a new account
If you have never created an Impulse account, the first thing you need to do is log in. To log in, open the home page and click on the login button in the upper right corner. Enter your email address and password and click on the login button. You will now be taken to the login screen where you can create a new account.
Editing your account information
If you ever need to update your account information (username, password, email address, etc.), you can login to your account portal at impulse.com and edit your information. You will need to have your username and password handy in order to login. The following steps will help you edit your account information:
1. Log into the account portal at impulse.com.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Account Settings" link located in the left-hand column.
4. On the "Account Settings" page, click on the "Profile" link located in the middle of the page.
5. On the "Profile" page, click on the "Personal Info" link located in the right-hand column.
6. On the "Personal Info" page, you will see all of your account information listed under the "Account Details" section (username, password, email address, etc.). You can update any of this information by clicking on the appropriate hyperlink. Be sure to save your changes before returning to step 2 of this tutorial!
Deleting your account
If you decide that you no longer want to use the Impulse Client Portal, deleting your account is easy.
Managing your account preferences
When you first sign in to the Visuals By Impulse Client Portal, you will be prompted to create an account. If you already have an account with them, simply enter your login information and password. If you don't have an account yet, we will help you create one step by step. Once you have created your account, you will be able to manage your preferences and access your account information.
