Vista Shadow Mountain residents are invited to login to their resident portal to manage their account information, make changes to their profile, and more. This resident portal is a great way for residents to stay connected with Vista Shadow Mountain, receive notifications about campus events, and connect with other Vista Shadow Mountain residents.
How to login to Vista Shadow Mountain Resident Portal
To login to Vista Shadow Mountain Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to https://my.vistashadowmountain.com/.
2. In the top left corner of the screen, click on the name of your residence hall.
3. In the main menu, under "My Account," click on "Login."
4. Enter your username and password and click on "Log In."
5. You will be directed to the home page of your resident portal.
Changing your password
If you have not already done so, please change your Vista Shadow Mountain Resident Portal password. You can change your password by clicking on the link in the "Login" section of the Vista Shadow Mountain Residents Portal. After you enter your current password, you will be prompted to enter a new password.
Resetting your password
If you forget your Vista Shadow Mountain Resident Portal login, there is a way to reset your password without needing to contact Support. Simply follow these steps:
1. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Login page.
2. Type in your email address and click "I've forgotten my password."
3. Type in your new password and click "Update My Password."
4. Type in your new email address and click "Confirm New Password."
Adding or deleting residents
Adding or deleting residents can be done through the Vista Shadow Mountain Resident Portal. To login, click on the “Login” link in the top right corner of the homepage. In the “User Name” field, type in your resident ID number (which you received when registering for housing) and in the “Password” field, type in your password. Once you have entered your information, click on “Login” to enter the portal. From here, you can add or delete residents by clicking on the “Add Resident” or “Delete Resident” links in the left-hand column.
Viewing your account information
If you're a Vista Shadow Mountain resident and have an active account, you can view your account information on the resident portal. Logging in with your username and password will take you to a screen where you can view your account activity and settings. You can also manage your account settings and subscriptions from this screen.
Managing your email address
If you're new to Vista Shadow Mountain, you'll want to create an email account to keep in touch with the community. You can create an account on their resident portal or use your current email address.:
To create an account on their resident portal:
1. Navigate to their resident portal at vistasym.com/portal/.
2. Select "Sign In" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your name and email address, and click "Sign In".
Your account is now created! You can access it at any time by clicking "My Account" in the top right corner of any page on their resident portal.
Contacting Vista Shadow Mountain
If you are having trouble logging in to your Vista Shadow Mountain Resident Portal, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the problem. First, make sure that you have the latest version of the portal software installed on your computer. If you are using Windows Vista, we recommend that you install the latest version of the portal software, which is currently 7.2.1.
