How to book an appointment
If you have a question about your child's health, you can find the answers on their Vip Pediatrics Patient Portal. To login and book an appointment, follow these steps:
Step 1: Create an account or sign in if you already have one.
Step 2:Click on "Appointments" in the main navigation bar.
Step 3:Choose the day and time of your desired appointment.

4. On the My Profile screen, under "Health & Wellness," click on "Patient Portal."
5. On the Patient Portal screen, under "My Health History," click on "View Medical History."
6. The View Medical History screen will open and display your medical history as a chart. You can scroll through your history and click on any of the entries to view more details about that particular visit or medication. You can also click on any of the icons at the top of the chart to jump to a different section or page of your history.

How to cancel or change an appointment
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Vip Pediatric Patient Portal.
2. Click on My Appointments in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Under Appointment Status, click on Cancel or Change Appointment.
4. You will be asked to confirm your request.
5. If you need to cancel your appointment, please indicate this in the Comments section of your request and click Submit.
6. If you need to change your appointment date or time, please enter these details into the Date/Time fields and click Submit.
