Via Seaport Resident Portal is a website that provides residents of the Seaport District in Boston with access to information and services that they need. It's a great resource for things like finding your address, checking traffic conditions, getting updates on events taking place in the area, and more.
To login to the Portal, all you need is your resident ID number and password. The resident ID number is printed on your identification card (if you have one) or it can be found on the website under "My Account" near the top. The password is also listed on My Account - make sure you remember it! If you don't have a resident ID number or password, you can request one from Via Seaport Resident Portal by clicking here.
In addition to logging in to the Portal, you can also use it to get updates about events taking place in the Seaport District or to find out more about the services available through it. How to login to Via Seaport Resident Portal
To login to the Via Seaport Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the home page of the portal at www.viaseaport.com and click on โLoginโ in the upper left corner.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. If you have previously registered for the portal, click on your name in the top right corner of the login screen and select โMy Accountโ from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on โActivitiesโ in the main menu and then on โResident Portal.โ
5. On the โResident Portalโ page, click on โLoginโ in the upper right corner of the screen and enter your username and password again.
6. You will now be taken to a page where you can view your current account information, including your mailbox address and calendar entries (if you have registered for calendar access).
How to manage your account
If you have forgotten your username or password, please refer to the following instructions:
- If you are registered with a Via Seaport login, enter your Username and Password in the "Login" box at the top of this page.
- If you are not registered with a Via Seaport login, click on the "Create an Account" link at the top of this page. Enter your Username and Password and click on the "Create Account" button.
How to access your account information
If you are a Via Seaport resident, you can access your account information through their resident portal. This portal allows residents to view their account balance, recent transactions, and more. To access the portal, click the "Residents" tab located on the top of the home page and then click on "Login." You will be prompted to enter your login information. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your account information and make any necessary changes.
How to change your password
If you forget your password, or if you want to change it, you can do so through the Via Seaport Resident Portal. To login, click on "Login" in the top right corner of the screen, and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact customer service at 1-866-377-6836.
