How to change your password
When you first sign in to your Via Employee Portal account, you'll be asked to create a password. You can change your password in the Account Settings page.
To access the Account Settings page:
1) Click on the "Account" tab on the top navigation bar.
2) In the "Account Settings" section, click on "Change Password".
3) Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and enter a new password in the "New Password Confirm" field.
4) Click on "Update Profile".
How to unsubscribe from Via Email Newsletters
If you no longer wish to receive Via Email newsletters, you can unsubscribe from them by following these instructions:
1. Log in to your Via Employee Portal account.
2. Under "My Profile," click on the "E-mail Subscriptions" link.
3. On the "E-mail Subscriptions" page, under the "Unsubscribe From" heading, select the newsletters you wish to unsubscribe from.
4. Click on the "Unsubscribe Now" button.
5. You will be asked to confirm your unsubscription by clicking on the "Yes, I want to unsubscribe" button.
