How to login to Veyo
If you have registered with Veyo and have an account number, you can login to their provider portal.
To login, go to:
https://www.veyo.com/login
and enter your user name and password.

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please enter your username and the email address associated with your account below. You will then be sent a link to reset your password. If you have not received this email, please contact customer service at (888) VeYo.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password for the Veyo Provider Portal, here is how to reset it.
1. Log in to the Veyo Provider Portal and click on the "Account" link in the top menu bar.
2. On the "Account" page, under "My Account", click on the "Reset Password" link.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Reset Password" button. A confirmation message will be sent to your email address.
4. If you have forgotten your username, please click on the "Forgot Username?" link below and enter your email address in the "Username Request" field. A new username will be sent to you immediately.
How to add or delete providers
If you are looking to add a provider to your account, simply navigate to the Add Provider page and enter the required information. If you need to remove a provider from your account, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Add Provider page.
2. In the Provider Name field, enter the name of the provider that you want to remove.
3. In the Provider URL field, enter the URL of the provider's website.
4. In the Provider Email Address field, enter the email address of the provider's administrator.
5. Click Submit.
6. On the confirmation page, click Delete Provider.
How to update your profile
If you have not done so already, please login to the Veyo Provider Portal to update your profile. To login, enter your login credentials in the Login box on the top right of the Provider Portal home page. If you have forgotten your login credentials, click here to retrieve them. Once logged in, click on My Profile in the top left corner of the screen. On the My Profile page, under My Account Settings, click on Update Profile. In the Update Profile form, enter your contact information and update any other pertinent information. Click on Update Profile to submit your changes.
How to cancel your account
If you need to cancel your account with Veyo, you can do so through the provider portal. First, login to your account and click on the "Cancel My Account" link on the left-hand side of the screen. You will be asked to provide your cancellation confirmation e-mail address and password. After you submit this information, your account will be cancelled and all of your recordings will be deleted.
