How to login to Vestlet Property Management Portal
To login to the Vestlet Property Management Portal, you will need your username and password. To find your username, click on "My Profile" located in the top right corner of the portal. Your username will be displayed next to your name. To find your password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" located in the top right corner of the portal. Your password will be displayed next to your email address.
How to find property information
Login to Vestlet Property Management Portal: (1) Click on the “Login” link at the top of the home page; (2) Enter your Username and Password in the login fields and hit “Login”; (3) You will be directed to the main property information page. The left-hand column provides basic information about each property including its address, zoning, square footage, list price, and more. The right-hand column displays all of the current listings for that property.
To get started finding information on a particular property, click on the listing name in the right-hand column and you will be taken to a detailed page about that property with all of its pertinent information. This page includes photos, recent updates, and a 360 degree view. You can also access this page by clicking on the “Details” link at the bottom of any listing page.

How to search for properties
If you want to search for properties on the Vestlet Property Management Portal, you will need to login first. To login, go to the home page of the Vestlet Property Management Portal and click on the login link in the upper right corner. You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to search for properties by typing in keywords or by using filters.
How to make a property reservation
In order to make a property reservation, you will need to login to the Vestlet Property Management Portal. To login, click on the “Login” button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Once you have logged in, you will be presented with a list of available properties. To make a reservation, select the property that you would like to reserve and click on the “Add” button. You will then be prompted to provide some additional information about your reservation. This information includes: the number of guests that you are expecting, the dates that you would like to stay, and any special requests that you may have. Once you have provided all of the necessary information, click on the “Create Reservations” button to finalize your reservation.

How to pay rent
If you are a tenant, follow these steps to pay rent:
1. Log in to vestletproperties.com.
2. Go to the “My Account” page and click on the “Rent Payments” link.
3. Enter your rent payment information and click on the “Submit Payment” button.
4. You will receive an email notification indicating that your payment has been accepted.
How to dispute a charge
If you feel that you were charged for something that you did not authorize, or if you believe that your account has been incorrectly charged, you can dispute the charge. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Vestlet Property Management Portal account.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar.
3. Under "My Disputes," click on "Dispute a Charge."
4. Complete the form and submit it.
