We are excited to announce the launch of their Verified Member Portal! This new feature allows verified members to login and manage their account information. To become a verified member, simply sign up for a free account and provide us with your email address and phone number. Once you're verified, you'll be able to log in and access all your account information, including your password and profile picture. We hope you enjoy this new feature!
How to login to the Verified Member Portal
If you have not already registered for the Verified Member Portal, please do so now. Once registered, you can access the login page by clicking on the "Login" link on the top right hand corner of the home page.
To login, please enter yourusername and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Log In." You will then be taken to the login screen where you can chooseto log out or continue to the main page.

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Member Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar.
3. Under "My Account Details," click on "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Change Password" button.
5. Click on the "Remember Me" checkbox to activate your new password, and then click on the "Submit" button.
6. You will now be prompted to confirm your new password by clicking on the link in the email that was sent to you when you changed your password. If you have not received an email with this information, please contact customer service at (800) 992-1683 or [email protected].
How to unsubscribe from emails
If you no longer want to receive emails from the Verified Member Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these simple steps:
1. Log into the Verified Member Portal and click on your user name in the top right corner.
2. On the "Email Preferences" page, select the "Unsubscribe from all email notifications" check box and click on the "Update Preferences" button.
3. You will now be unsubscribing from all email notifications from the Verified Member Portal.
