Vera Patient Portal is a patient portal that helps patients keep track of their medical information and appointments. In this article, we'll show you how to login to Vera Patient Portal and use its various features.
How to login to Vera
If you haven't already, create an account on Vera. Once you've logged in, follow these steps to get started:
-Click on the "My Account" icon in the top left corner of the screen.
-On the My Account page, click on the "Login" link in the top right corner.
- Enter your login credentials and click on the "Login" button.
- You'll now be taken to the Login Page. On this page, you will be asked to enter your name and email address. Please make sure you have entered these information correctly as they will be used to reset your password if necessary. Once you have entered these details, click on the "Sign In" button.
- You will now be taken to the Login Page again (you may need to reload the page). On this page, you will be asked to enter your password. If you have not changed your password since last logging in, simply type in your current password and click on the "OK" button. If you have changed your password since last logging in, please enter your new password and click on the "OK" button.
- You are now logged in to Vera
How to find your account number
If you haven't already, sign in to Vera. Access your account by clicking on the "My Account" button located in the top right corner of any Vera page. Once you're logged in, click on the "Account Numbers" tab located at the top of the page. This will provide you with your account number which you can use to log in to your account from now on.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your Vera password, please follow these steps to reset it:
1. Visit the Vera Patient Portal home page and click on “Forgot Password?” under the Login section on the left-hand menu.
2. Enter your login information and click on the “Reset Password” button.
3. Enter your new password twice and click on the “Update Password” button. You will be prompted to confirm your new password before proceeding.

How to manage your account
If you are a Vera patient, you can manage your account information and preferences through the Vera Patient Portal. To access the portal, go to http://www.verapatientportal.com and enter your Patient ID number or your unique patient code. You will be prompted to create a password. You will then be able to access your account information, Billing History, and Medical History. You can also review your Prescription History and Order History. How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from Vera, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions below:
1. Open Vera and sign in.
2. On the Home page, click Settings in the upper-right corner.
3. Under Notifications, click Unsubscribe from Email Notifications.
4. In the Email Notification Preferences dialog box, type your email address in the Subscribe to Email Notifications field and choose a preference for receiving notifications from Vera (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly). Click Save Changes.
5. Close Vera.
