Vaughan Integrative Medicine Patient Portal is a new patient portal that was recently launched by the healthcare provider Vaughan Integrative Medicine. The patient portal allows patients to access their medical records, see their latest medical appointments and read reviews from other patients.
If you are a patient at Vaughan Integrative Medicine and would like to use the patient portal, you will need to first create an account. You can do this by visiting the patient portal website and clicking on the “Create Account” button. On the next page, you will need to provide your name, email address and password. Once you have created your account, you will be able to login and access your medical records.

The Patient Portal is a secure online resource that allows you to easily manage your appointments and medication refills. You will need to create a username and password to access the Patient Portal. Here are instructions on how to create a username and password:
-Click on “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of the Patient Portal homepage.
-Enter your email address in the “Email” field and click on “Create Username”.
-In the “Username” field, enter a name for your account. We recommend that you choose a name that is meaningful to you and easy to remember. You can also choose to remain anonymous if you prefer.
-In the “Password” field, enter a strong password that is at least 8 characters long. Make sure you do not include any personal information in your password! Your password will be stored securely on their servers.
-Click on “Create Password” to generate a new password. You will need this password to login to the Patient Portal later.

If you need to change your appointment time or date, you can do so by logging into the Vaughan Integrative Medicine Patient Portal. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Vaughan Integrative Medicine Patient Portal and click on "My Profile" in the top right corner.
2. On the My Profile page, click on "Appointments & Events."
3. On the Appointments & Events page, under "My Appointments," click on "Change Appointment Time or Date."
4. On the Change Appointment Time or Date page, you will be able to change your appointment time or date.
