If you are looking to access your account and manage your Vara Resident Portal (VRP), then you will need to login first. To do this, go to the home screen of your VRP and select "Login". How to change your password

How to view your account information
If you are a Vara resident, you can view your account information on the Resident Portal. To login to the Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Vara account using your email address and password.
2. Click the resident link on the home page of the portal.
3. The login screen will appear. Enter your email address and password, and click log in.
4. You will be taken to the My Account screen. Here you can view all of your account information, including your profile picture, contact information, and activity logs.
How to unsubscribe from Vara email notifications
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from Vara, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions below.
To unsubscribe from email notifications:
1. Click on the "Notifications" tab on the left-hand side of the homepage.
2. Under "My Email Notifications", select the checkbox next to "Vara".
3. Click on the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the page.
How to dispute a bill
If you think that you received a bill from Vara that you did not authorize, you can dispute the bill. To dispute a bill, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at www.vararesidentportal.com.
2. Click on the Bills tab on the left-hand menu.
3. Select the bill you want to dispute and click on Dispute Bill.
4. Complete the form and click on Submit Dispute.
5. If your dispute is approved, Vara will send you an email notification with instructions on how to pay your disputed bill and receive a refund.
How to make a complaint
If you have a complaint about a Vara Resident Portal event or service, the best way to get help is to use the online portal. The portal has a variety of resources to help you resolve your issue.
To login to the portal, go to http://www.varainvestment.co.za/en-US/portal/main/login and enter your email address and password. Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" tab and select the "Complaints" link in the menu on the left.

How to access public records
Public records are maintained by the vara.gov website. To access public records, you will need to login and create an account. Once you have logged in, you can browse through the public record database or use the search function to find specific records.
To create an account, click on the "Create Account" link at the top of the homepage. You will need to provide your name, email address, and password. After you have created your account, you will be able to access all of your public records.

If you are a Vara resident, you can access programming services through the Vara Resident Portal. The portal is a one-stop shop for residents to find information about programming and events, as well as manage their account and registration. To login to the Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to http://www.varar residentportal.com/.
2. Sign in or create an account if you haven't already done so.
3. Click on My Account on the left-hand side of the screen.
4. On the My Account page, click on Login at the top of the page.
5. Enter your username (this is your Vara ID number) and password into the appropriate fields and click on Log In to be logged in to the Resident Portal.
