The Valuation Portal is a great tool for learning about and tracking the value of your investments. However, if you're new to the Portal, you may not be sure how to login. In this article, we'll show you how to sign in and get started using the Valuation Portal.
How to use the Valuation Portal
If you are a registered user of the Valuation Portal, you can login to the portal using your user name and password. If you are not a registered user, you can register for an account by clicking on the "Register" link in the main navigation bar. Once you have registered for an account, you will be able to login to the portal using your registered username and password.

Once you have logged in, you will need to create a new account or sign in with your existing account. If you are registering for the first time, please follow the instructions on the registration page. If you are already registered and want to update your personal information, please click on My Account at the top of the page and follow the instructions.
How to search for and view a property’s data
To search for and view a property’s data on the Valuation Portal, visit the Property Details page and enter the property’s street address or GPS coordinates into the Search field. The Property Details page will list all of the data available for that property, including current market value, Days on Market, bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, and more.
How to make an offer on a property
Valuation Portal is a complimentary service from Royal LePage that allows home buyers and sellers to get an idea of what their home is worth based on recent sales in the neighbourhood.
To use the service, you need to login first. Here's how:
1. Go to valuationportal.com and sign in with your username and password.
2. In the "My Profile" section, click on the "Access My Info" button. This will take you to a page where you can view your account information, including your login details.
3. Enter your username and password in the fields provided and click on the "login" button. You'll now be taken to a page where you can make an offer on a property.
How to accept or decline an offer on a property
If you are interested in purchasing a property and have received an offer from the seller, you will need to login to the Valuation Portal to accept or decline the offer.
You can access the Valuation Portal by logging into My Account on the upper left corner of their website and clicking on Valuation Portal.
Once in the Valuation Portal, click on Login (in the top right corner).
On the Login screen, enter your username and password. Once logged in, click on Accept or Decline Offer on Property (in the left column).
If you decide to decline the offer, please provide a reason for your decision in the Comments field. If you decide to accept it, please enter your contact information and financial details in the appropriate fields. Please note that if you decline an offer, you cannot re-submit it at a later time. How to reply to an inquiry from a buyer or seller

To login to their valuation portal, first go to their website at www.valuationportal.com and enter your user name and password in the login form on the homepage. If you need to cancel or amend your offer on a property, you can do so through the valuation portal. To log in, first enter your username and password. Once logged in, select the offer you want to edit or cancel. On the right side of the screen, under 'Action', you will see 'Cancel Offer' or 'Amend Offer'. Select either option and follow the instructions on screen.
