What is the Valley View Parent Portal?
Valley View Parent Portal is a web-based system that allows parents to access and manage their child's school records, calendars, and other important information.
To access the portal, parents must first login. Here are instructions on how to do this:
Login Instructions:
To login to the Valley View Parent Portal, parents must first visit their website at www.valleyviewisd.org and click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of the homepage. Once on the login page, enter their username (usually their email address) and password. Please note: The password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number and one letter. After logging in, parents will be taken to their personal home page which will contain a list of all of their children's current schools. From here, they can access all of their children's records as well as make changes or updates to them.
How to login to the Parent Portal
Login to the Parent Portal by clicking on the link in the email that was sent to you. If you have not received an email, please contact their office. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your child's grades, attendance, and extracurriculars.
Your Account Profile
If you have not already done so, create an account on the Valley View Parent Portal. To login, follow these steps:
-Click the Log In link on the top right of any page on the Parent Portal.
-Type in your email address and password.
-Click Login.
-You will be taken to a screen that shows your current account status and your recent activity.
My Account
To login to your Parent Portal account, please follow these steps:
-First, create a new account if you don't have one already.
-Next, log in to your existing account by clicking on the "Login" button on the top right of the Parent Portal home page.
-Enter your username and password in the appropriate boxes and click on the "Log In" button.
-If you have registered for an email address with them, you will be prompted to enter it in the "Email Address" box.
-Once you have logged in, you will see the "My Account" page. Here you can view all of your information and settings for your Parent Portal account.
Messages
If you are a parent of a student at Valley View, we want to make sure you have the information you need to login to their Parent Portal. Here is how to do it:
First, go to their website and sign in.
Once you are logged in, click on the "Parent Portal" link in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
On the Parent Portal page, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button. You will now be able to access all of the resources and tools available on their website and through their Parent Portal.
Calendar
To access the Parent Portal, open the Valley View website and click on the Student Menu tab located in the top left corner of the screen. Scroll down to find the Calendar link and click on it. The Parent Portal will open. You will need to sign in using your school email address and password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all of your child's grades, attendance records, immunization records, and more!
Tasks
If you have never logged in to Valley View Parent Portal please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://valleyview.org and sign in with your username and password.
2. On the left hand side, under "Parent Portal Home," click on "Tasks."
3. Click on "Login." You will now be asked to enter your Username and Password. If you have not changed them recently, your Username is "username" and your Password is "password." Click on "Log In."
4. On the next page, you will see a list of tasks. Click on the task that you would like to do. You will now be taken to the task page for that task.
5. Complete the task as instructed, and then click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. You will now be returned to the Parent Portal Home page.

Valley View Parent Portal is a great tool for parents to keep track of their child's schoolwork and activities. To login to the portal, follow these steps:

Valley View Parent Portal Activities
1. Log In - To log in to the Parent Portal, go to http://valleyview.k12.wi.us/parentportal and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact the Valley View School district office.
2. Go to My School - Once logged in, you can view all of your child's current school information by going to the My School tab on the Parent Portal. From here, you can:
Inspect their current grade levels and student IDs Review attendance records View progress reports for individual classes View parent communication logs View online resources pertaining to your child's specific subject area
3. Manage My Accounts - You can also manage your account settings and add/remove family members from access to the Parent Portal by clicking on My Accounts in the left-hand column of the My School tab.
4. Request Access To The Portal - If you would like to request access to the Parent Portal for a specific day or time, please click on Request Access at the bottom of the My School tab and complete the form that is provided. Your request will

Valley View Parent Portal is an online portal that parents can use to manage their student information. Parents can create and manage student profiles, view grades and transcripts, sign up for email alerts, and more. To log in to the Parent Portal, parents will need to create a username and password. Here are instructions on how to create a username and password:
1. Go to the Parent Portal home page (https://www.valleyview schools.org/parentportal).
2. Click the Login link in the upper-left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address in the Email Address field and click Sign In.
4. Enter your username in the Username field and click Sign In again.
5. You will now be taken to the Login page. Type in your username and password into the appropriate fields and click Log In.
