Valley Health Plan Provider Portal is the online portal designed to connect patients with Valley Health Plan providers. If you are a Valley Health Plan provider, or if you need to register as a new provider, this guide will show you how to login and access the Provider Portal.
How to login to the Valley Health Plan Provider Portal
Valley Health Plan is committed to providing quality health care for its members. The Provider Portal is a tool that helps their providers connect with Valley Health Plan members.
To access the Provider Portal, first sign in to your account at vhp.com. Then, click on the "Provider Portal" tab at the top of the page.
In the "Provider Portal" tab, you'll find information about their providers and services. You can also view your provider's profile, view billing and claims history, and create a provider profile. You can also request a referral to a Valley Health Plan provider.

Registration process
If you are a new provider or have not registered with Valley Health Plan yet, please go to their Provider Portal and follow the steps below.
Once you have logged in, please review the Provider Manual to familiarize yourself with their organization and their services.

How to find a provider
If you are looking for a provider by location, or by specialty, the Valley Health Plan Provider Portal can help. You can search for providers by city, state, zip code or specialty. The Provider Portal also includes information about the provider and their services.

\ n To search for providers in your area, please enter your city and state in the search bar on the left side of the screen. You can also choose from specialties such as OB/GYN, plastic surgery or optometry. You can also narrow your results based on facility type (HOSPITAL, CLINIC, etc.), insurance plan (PPO, HMO, POS) or location (city or suburb).
\ n Once you have found a provider that you would like to contact, click on their name to be taken to their profile page. This page will include information about that provider including their contact information, service offerings and any reviews or ratings that other patients have shared about that provider.
How to make an appointment with a provider
If you're looking to make an appointment with a provider at Valley Health Plan, you can use their online Provider Portal. To login, first you'll need your unique identifier, which is also known as your account number or client ID. You can find this number on your billing statement or in your account online. After you have your identifier, go to the Provider Portal and follow these simple steps:
1. In the top left corner of the screen, select "My Profile."
2. On the My Profile page, under "Insurance Details," select "Valley Health Plan."
3. In the Patient Profile section, under "Patient Information," select "Appointments."
4. On the Appointments page, under "Request an Appointment," select "Online Request."
5. In the Online Request form, enter your patient identifier and select "Create an Appointment."
6. You'll be taken to a confirmation page where you'll be asked to confirm your appointment date and time. Click submit to create your appointment.
How to view and manage your account
If you are a new or returning patient at Valley Health Plan, you will need to create an account before you can manage your health information. How to report a problem with your provider
Valley Health Plan is committed to providing quality healthcare. If you experience a problem with your provider, please use their Provider Portal to report the issue.
To login to the Provider Portal:
1. Go to their website at valleyhealthplan.com.
2. In the top right corner of the page, click on \"Provider Portal\" (or \"My Account\" if you are already logged in).
3. In the \"Provider Portal\" window, enter your login information and password (if applicable).
4. Click on \"Login\" to log in to the Provider Portal.
5. On the left side of the screen, under \"My Providers\", select your provider from the list.
6. On the right side of the screen, under \"My Accounts\", select your account from the list.
7. Under \"Settings\", make sure that all of your information is correct and click on \"Update Profile\" to save your changes.
