Vail Health Patient Portal is a web-based patient portal that allows patients to access their medical history, medications, and other health information. In order to login and access the portal, you will need to first create an account. Once you have created your account, you can then login and access your information.
How to login to the Vail Health Patient Portal
If you are a current Vail Health patient and have an account with them, you can login to their Patient Portal using your email address and password. If you are not a current Vail Health patient, or do not have an account with them, please follow the instructions below to create an account.
To login to the Patient Portal, visit their website at www.vailhealth.org and click on the "Login" link in the upper left corner of the homepage. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. You can also click on the "Sign In" link on the main page of their website if you already have an account with them. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of your account information, including your medical records.

How to make a request for records
To make a request for records from Vail Health, go to their patient portal and sign in. From the main menu, click on โMy Health Recordโ. On the My Health Record page, click on โRequest a recordโ. In the Request a record form, you will need to provide your name and email address. You will also need to provide the reason for you requesting the record, as well as the type of record you are requesting. Click on โsubmitโ to make your request. A confirmation email will be sent to you with further instructions.
How to unsubscribe from notifications

1) Open the Vail Health Patient Portal and sign in.
2) Click on the "Notifications" tab in the left-hand navigation panel.
3) In the "Notifications Settings" section, click on the "Unsubscribe Now" button.
