How to login to Uwe Accommodation Portal
If you are a guest of Uwe Accommodation Portal, please follow these easy steps to login:
1. Click on the Login link in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your login name and password.
3. Click on the Logout link in the top right corner of the screen to log out.
How to add accommodation information
Adding accommodation information to the Uwe Accommodation Portal is simple and can be done in just a few minutes. First, log in to the Uwe Accommodation Portal and click on the “Add your accommodation” button. This will take you to the Add accommodation form.
The first thing you need to do is enter the name of your accommodation provider into the “Name” field. If your accommodation provider is a website, then you will also need to enter the URL of the website in the “Website” field. You will then need to fill in information about your accommodation, such as its address, telephone number, and opening hours. You will also be able to add images of your accommodation if you want. Once you have completed all of the fields on the Add accommodation form, hit the “Submit” button and you will be taken to the results page. Here you will see a list of all of the accommodation providers that have been added to the Uwe Accommodation Portal so far. Simply click on any of these providers to go straight to their website and add your reservation there.

How to cancel or change a booking
Cancelling a booking:
If you want to cancel your booking, please follow these steps:
- Click on the 'My Bookings' tab in the main menu.
- Select the 'Cancel Booking' button next to the reservation you would like to cancel.
- A confirmation message will be displayed stating that the reservation has been cancelled.
- If you have made a payment for the reservation, please contact their customer service team to refund you.
Changing a booking:
To change your booking, please follow these steps:
- Click on the 'My Bookings' tab in the main menu.
- Select the 'Change Booking' button next to the reservation you would like to change.
- Enter your new dates of stay and click on 'submit'.
- A confirmation message will be displayed stating that the reservation has been changed.
- If you have made a payment for the reservation, please contact their customer service team to refund you.
How to pay for your accommodation
If you have booked an accommodation through the Uwe Accommodation Portal, you can login to your account to pay for your stay. You will need your booking number and the confirmation email from the accommodation provider. To login, click on 'My Account' in the top right corner of the portal and enter your booking number and confirmation email. Then click on 'Payment'. On the next page, you will be asked to enter your bank details. Once you have paid for your accommodation, you will receive a confirmation email.
