How to create an account
To create an account on the Uthct Patient Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your account on the Uthct Patient Portal. If you have not already logged in, click on the “Log In” link in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click on the “My Account” link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Login” button.
4. You will now be taken to a page where you can either create a new account or log into an existing account. If you are logging into an existing account, simply enter your username and password and click on the “Log In” button. If you are creating a new account, click on the “Create New Account” button and fill out the required information.
How to login
To access the Uthct Patient Portal, please login below. Login is required to view patient information and update contact information. If you have forgotten your login information, please click here to reset your login.
If you have any questions or concerns about logging in, please contact their customer service department at 1-866-441-UTHCT (8244).
How to locate your Uthct profile
If you have forgotten your login information, or if you need to change your login information, please follow these instructions.
1. Log into the website at https://uthct.healthconnect.com/.
2. In the top right-hand corner of the screen, click on "My Account."
3. On the My Account page, under "Login Information," enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions provided.
4. Once you have logged in, under "My Profile," you will find your Uthct profile. This is where you can locate all of your health information, including your login information and contact information.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information, you can update it by logging into the Uthct Patient Portal and clicking on the 'Contact Info' tab. You will need to enter your new contact information and click on the 'Update Now' button.
How to manage your account
If you are a patient, you can manage your account and access your health records on the Uthct Patient Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Patient Portal home page at http://www.uthct.org/patientportal/.
2. Click on the "Login" button in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will be taken to the main screen of the Patient Portal. On this screen, you can see all of your current health records and activities in the portal.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you no longer wish to receive notifications from the Uthct Patient Portal, please use the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each notification.

In order to login to the Uthct Patient Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Navigate to the Patient Portal at www.uthct.com and click on the Login link in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your user name (first and last name) and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Log In button.
3. If you have not created a user name and password yet, you will be prompted to do so now. Follow the steps outlined in the User Name and Password Creation Guide to create a new account or use an existing account if you have one already.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of your account information, including your contact information, health history, medications, and more!
