1. Log in to your account at utem.com.
2. Click the "Log In" button in the top right corner of the main Utem Portal screen.
3. Enter your email address and password, and click "Login."
4. You'll be taken to the "Your Account" page, where you can see information about your users, subscriptions, and logs.
How to login to Utem Portal
If you are a new user of Utem Portal, you will first need to create an account. To sign in, click the "Login" link at the top of the page. Enter your username and password, and click "Log In." If you have previously logged in, your login information will be displayed below.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if it has been compromised, you can change it immediately. To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Utem Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the upper-right corner of the screen.
3. In the "My Account" panel on the left side of the screen, click on "Password."
4. In the "Password" panel on the right side of the screen, enter your current password and click on "Change."
5. Click on "Confirm New Password," and then enter a new password in the "New Password" field and click on "Confirm."
How to reset your username
If you have forgotten your username, you can reset it by following these steps:
1. Log in to Utem Portal.
2. Click on the "Your Account" link on the top left of the screen.
3. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click on the "Reset Password" button.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Submit" button.
5. You will be redirected back to the main page where you will now see your new username in place of the old one.
How to cancel your account
Cancelling an account on Utem Portal is easy. Simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on Utem Portal.
2. Click the “My Account” link in the top navigation bar.
3. On the My Account page, click the “Cancel My Account” link located in the right-hand corner of the page.
4. Complete the cancellation form and click Submit. Your account will be cancelled and you will no longer have access to it. Thank you for using Utem Portal!
How to contact Utem Portal
If you need to contact Utem Portal staff, you can do so by submitting a support ticket. Here are the steps for doing so:
1. Go to the Utem Portal website and sign in.
2. Click on the “Support” tab at the top of the screen.
3. On the “Support” page, click on “Submit a Support Ticket” in the menu bar.
4. Fill out the form and click on the “Submit Request” button.
5. A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm your request. Click on the “Confirm Request” button to continue.
6. Your ticket will be processed and someone from Utem Portal staff will contact you as soon as possible.
