Uon's Student Portal is an online resource that provides students with information about academic, student services and resources on campus. In order to access the portal, you must first login. Here's how to do it!
How to login to the Uon Student Portal
If you have forgotten your Username or Password, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account on the MyUON Portal (https://portal.uon.edu.au).
2. Click on 'My Account' in the top menu bar and then click on 'Forgot your username or password?' in the sidebar.
3. Enter your Username and Password and click on 'Submit'. If you have forgotten your User ID, please enter '~username' instead of your Username.
4. If you have forgotten your User ID, please enter '~username' instead of your Username and leave the Password field blank.
5. Click on the link in the email that we sent to you to reset your password. If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, please contact them on 1800 551 908 (local call rates apply).

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:1. Log into the Uon Student Portal using your user name and password.2. Click on "My Account" on the top left corner of the login screen.3. Click on "Change Password."4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" text box and click on the "Reset Password" button.5. Confirm your new password by clicking on the "Confirm New Password" button.6. How to access your student records
If you are a current Uon student, your login credentials can be found on the 'My Account' page of the portal. If you are not currently a Uon student, or if you have forgotten your login details, please follow these instructions to access your student records:
1. Log in to the portal using your email address and password.
2. Click on 'My Account' on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. On the 'My Account' page, click on 'Student Records'.
4. Enter your student number (which appears on your registration card or My Account page) into the search box and click on 'Find Student'.
5. The records for the student whose number you entered will appear on the screen. You can view information such as enrolment dates, course start dates and final exams results.
How to report a problem with the Uon Student Portal
If you are having problems logging in to the Uon Student Portal, here are some steps you can take to report the issue.:
1. If you're using a computer on campus, try opening the portal on that computer. If that doesn't work, try opening it from a different computer or from a different internet connection.
2. If you're using a web browser, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then trying to log in again. If that still doesn't work, try looking for help online, such as by searching for "Uon Student Portal login Problems" or "Uon Student Portal login Help".
3. If you're using a mobile app, try signing out and then signing in again. If that still doesn't work, try looking for help online, such as by searching for "Uon Student Portal mobile app login problems" or "Uon Student Portal mobile app help".
How to unsubscribe from notifications
To unsubscribe from notifications, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Notifications" tab on the left-hand side of the homepage.
2. Find and click on the notification you want to unsubscribe from.
3. On the following page, scroll down until you see a link that says "Unsubscribe". Click on this link to unsubscribe from the notification.
