How to login to the University Of The Cumberlands Student Portal
If you are a current Cumberlands student, you can login to the portal using your NetID and password. If you are not a Cumberlands student, or if you have forgotten your NetID or password, please click here to request assistance from their staff.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources available on the portal, including your course schedules, grades, and transcript information. You can also join student organizations and participate in campus activities.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it.:
Log in to your MyUC website. Click on the “myUC” link in the top right corner of your screen. In the dropdown menu on the left, select “Login.” In the “Login Data” box, enter your user name and password. Click on the “Forgot Password?” link next to your user name. On the “Forgot Password?” page, enter your email address and click on the “Create New Password” button. Enter a new password for yourself and confirm it by clicking on the “Create New Password” button again. You will now be prompted to save your new password. Click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.

To access this portal, go to www.uccs.edu and click on "Customer Service" in the main menu. You can also use the Customer Service portal to report a problem or request assistance from one of their team members.
How to update your personal information
If you want to make any changes to your account information, such as your username or email address, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Student Portal.
2. Click on My Account on the navigation bar.
3. On the My Account page, select Change Personal Info from the dropdown menu next to your username.
4. Complete the fields that appear and click Update Personal Info.
5. If you wish to change your password, enter it in the New Password text field and click Update Password.
6. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page when you are finished making changes.
How to report a problem with the University Of The Cumberlands
