How to login to the University of Roehampton Student Portal
To login to the University of Roehampton Student Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to https://portal.roehampton.ac.uk/ and enter your user name and password (if you have already logged in). If you have not logged in before, please enter your student number and email address (these can be found on your student portal login page or on your Admissions Pack).
2. Once you have logged in, select ‘My Profile’ from the top menu bar and click on the ‘Login’ button next to your user name. You will now be prompted to enter your student number and email address again. Once you have entered these details, click on the ‘Login’ button to log out of the student portal and return to the home screen.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Log in to the University of Roehampton student portal at https://portal.roehampton.ac.uk/.
2. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab on the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click ‘Log In’.
4. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, please enter your code into the ‘Two Factor Authentication’ field and click ‘Login’.
5. If you don’t have two-factor authentication enabled, simply enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click ‘Log In’.
6. If you have forgotten your password but have still registered for online services such as My RU, My Classes, or Ryerson Connect, please click on the link in the email that was sent to you when you registered for these services and enter your log-in details there.
